I've realized that in the last Cycle I used wrong current fees, because I forgot to update them from last change at Cycle 29. It's no big deal since an update was not necessary anyway. Cycle 31Parameters (see issue)

This proposal keeps a record of the process to keep the BSQ trading fee at 50% discount to BTC trading fee. It will remain open until we need to update BSQ trading fees again.
