This proposal appears to have been submitted twice for Cycle 23. I assume this was an accident, @MwithM can you confirm?

The same proposal affects 2 different parameters, BSQ trading fee for maker, and for taker. The previous comment has the 2 different TXIDs for the two different parameters, which are included into this 325 proposal. |

This proposal keeps a record of the process to keep the BSQ trading fee at 50% discount to BTC trading fee. It will remain open until we need to update BSQ trading fees again.
