This proposal keeps a record of the process to keep the BSQ trading fee at 50% discount to BTC trading fee. It will remain open until we need to update BSQ trading fees again.

Cycle 18

Parameters see issue

  • USD/BTC price: 13.000
  • USD/BSQ price: 0.65
  • Current BSQ discount: 62%

It's necessary to update BSQ trading fee for Cycle 18.

New BSQ trading fees

A change parameter request for BSQ trading fees will be submitted to DAO voting:
New BSQ maker fee: 8.74
New BSQ taker fee: 61.21

The 15% cap increase has been used.

Price to be included into a block is quite high, I hope miners get back to work soon.

Closed as new BSQ rates have been proposed on Cycle 19.
